All bookings are made via Fresha with links provided throughout this site. You will notice that an extra 10-15 mins has been added to your appointment. Reason for this is to allow time for disinfection and setting up equipment for the next client

To avoid no-shows a non-refundable 25% deposit must be paid when booking, with the rest of the treatment fee/s paid on day of treatment. CARD PAYMENTS ONLY​

Clients arriving more 10 mins late will have to rebook with deposit fee carried over to your next booking.​

VaiBan Aesthetics takes pride in providing a safe, comfortable atmosphere for all clients HOWEVER, we operate on ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY, any client who is rude, disrespectful or showing signs of aggression/threatening behaviour towards staff will have their treatment terminated on the spot, and any fee paid toward treatment will be lost.

Teeth Whitening and Teeth Gem Appointments
Upon arrival a paper form will be given which contains a medical history form and a short assessment of your teeth and gums will be carried out to determine if you are suitable for teeth whitening/gems treatment. If you are deemed unsuitable we would kindly advise that you visit your dentist. You may return to us once you are dentally fit and your oral health has improved.
